**DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND HOWEVER WE WILL OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR ACCEPTABLE REASONS**
If a candle is defective due to errors in production we will process an exchange for the same scent from a different batch at our expense. Please contact us at support@iamashleyreid.com within 7 calendar days. We extensively test our candles so we do not anticipate any issues with your purchase, however, we will do what we can to fix the issue.
