I am Ashley Reid currently has a 3-7 business day processing time. Business hours are Monday- Friday. Any orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed during normal business hours. We ask that you allow 5-7 business day for your order(s) to be processed before it is giving over to carrier.

Does I am Ashley Reid offer international shipping?

At this time we are not offering international shipping. We look forward to making international shipping an option soon. Please check back to see if the option is available.


During the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, processing times may be extended due to suppliers shipping items late or being backed up on orders. These delays are outside of I am Ashley Reid control. We will try our best to get your orders out to you. If you have not received any communication from us in more than 2 weeks please email us at 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. In addition to that you will receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and once your order has been delivered.

 What if my order is lost or stolen? 

I am Ashley Reid IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address you will need to contact your local post office as we do not have any control over postal service. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. Please click here to learn more. What if my order is damaged?

I am Ashley Reid uses great care while packaging your order. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, please notify us the day of receiving your package. Please contact with an image of the product, your name, and your order number. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
